Eligibility

Basic Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be seeking stable, independent shared living.

Must be able to live in a shared environment respectfully.

Identification & Documentation

Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

Must complete a housing application in full.

Income & Payment

Must have a verifiable source of income, including:

Employment income

Government assistance (SSI, SSDI, TANF, etc.)

Program or agency funding (SSVF, grants, vouchers)

Third-party payments are accepted.

Background & Screening

Must consent to a background screening.

No active warrants

Must participate in initial assessment and onboarding process.

Behavior & Program Fit

Must agree to follow all house rules and community guidelines.

Willing to maintain a clean and respectful living space.

Must be able to live independently.

Must be able to manage personal medications independently.

Additional Criteria

At this time, housing is available for single individuals only.

No pets (unless approved under special accommodations)
