HOW TO APPLY

The first step is to complete our online screening form. This helps us learn more about your housing needs, current situation, and whether our program may be a good fit.

This form can be completed by:

• Individuals seeking housing
• Family members
• Case managers or referral partners

After reviewing your screening form, we will contact you to schedule an initial assessment. During this conversation, we will discuss:

• Your housing needs and goals
• Shared living expectations 
• Program guidelines
• Move-in time frame
   

If the program appears to be a good match, you will be invited to complete a full resident application and provide any required documentation. 

Once your application is reviewed, we will schedule a home tour so you can see the living space, ask questions, learn more about the environment and complete paperwork.

If approved, we will work with you to coordinate your move-in date and help you transition smoothly into the home.
