Adults seeking stable housing, including seniors, veterans, re-entry individuals, people with disabilities, foster care adults, low-income individuals, and those experiencing homelessness or displacement.
At this time, our housing program is structured to serve single individuals within a shared living environment and is not equipped to accommodate households with children. This limitation is based solely on program design and operational capacity, not on any protected characteristic.
We encourage families in need of housing to seek services from organizations and programs specifically designed to support family households.
Independent Living (Shared Living) is a living arrangement where individuals live in a home with other residents while maintaining their own independence. Each resident typically has a private or shared bedroom and shares common spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.
Room fee varies by room type. Housing is affordable and all-inclusive, including utilities, WiFi, and laundry.
Housing is month-to-month. No credit check is required. Proof of income is required.
Length of stay is based on individual goals and progress. Short-term (3–6 months) and long-term (6+ months) options are available.
This type of housing is designed for individuals who are able to live independently but may benefit from a stable, supportive, and affordable living environment. Residents manage their daily routines, such as work, appointments, and personal responsibilities, while being part of a shared household community.
Yes. Homes feature secured entry, exterior cameras, and interior cameras in common areas.
Assessment, application, in-person meeting/house tour, proof of income, program fee, signed documents, and agreement to program rules.
No pets. Housing is drug- and alcohol-free.
Participants receive regular check-ins, guidance with life skills, and connections to community resources including employment, education, healthcare, and housing services. This is not an assisted living program, but structured independent housing with supportive touch points to promote stability and growth.
Yes, residents are encouraged to work or attend school. Visitors are allowed with prior approval; no overnight guests.
